Carmen Muñoz is director of research and administration for the Windale Group.  With offices in Los Angeles and New York, the Windale Group provides retained executive search services for consulting firms, for companies seeking general managers where knowledge of a particular industry may be less important than the ability to provide strategic leadership, for companies requiring executives or professionals for positions where a consulting background might be helpful, and for information content organizations.

Prior to the formation of the Windale Group, Carmen was the geographic administrator for the Los Angeles office of Ray & Berndtson as well as the administrative assistant to the practice leader for the firm's Business and Professional Services practice.

Prior to re-joining Ray & Berndtson in 1995, Carmen worked in an administrative role in the Financial Services practice with Korn/Ferry International from 1986-1991. She joined Ray & Berndtson in 1991 and took the period 1993-1995 as a family sabbatical.

At the Windale Group, Carmen is responsible for all administrative, executive support and search execution tasks. She serves as the client relationship back up and is the primary contact professional for candidates not associated with a specific assignment.
