Carmen Muñoz

Carmen Muñoz has served as the director of research and administration at Windale Group for more than 15 years. She is responsible for all administrative, executive support and search execution tasks.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Windale Group, Carmen was the geographic administrator/office manager for the Los Angeles office of Ray & Berndtson for nearly 11 years. She also served as administrative assistant to the practice leader, Scott Somers, for the firm's Business and Professional Services practice. In her tenure, Carmen was recognized with the Arbra Fuller Award, the highest distinction for administrative staff.
Carmen began her professional career at Korn/Ferry International, working in an administrative role in the Financial Services practice.
